Regional - from the Alps to the surrounding regions
Potassium sulphate is a co-product of evaporated salt production. The salt for this is mined from the mountains of the Salzkammergut, where it has been preserved in the mountain far from all environmental pollution for 250 million years. The production of SOLU K 52 takes place in the saltworks at Ebensee am Traunsee, in the midst of the Austrian Alps. In the German-speaking area in particular, SOLU K 52 is delivered to our customers via short delivery routes. This has a positive impact on the CO2 balance of the fertiliser, strengthens the regional economy and contributes to the sustainable management of resources as a valuable co-product of evaporated salt production.
