In order to create 2 liters of brine, you will need a glass container with a lid, 500 g of natural salt and still water, such as tap water.
In the glass container, mix: 1/3 salt to 2/3 water. Close the container, shake vigorously, then allow it to stand for about 90 minutes until the salt saturation has reached approximately 26%. 
You can now drink the natural brine you have made.
