Why vacuum salt?

When you get right down to it, POOLSALZ vacuum salt actually comes from the sea, namely from the primeval sea, which dried up 250 million years ago. It left us a salt dome that was enclosed by rocks as a result of the folding of the Alps.

• Evaporated salt has therefore never been exposed to harmful environmental influences.
• Evaporated salt is the purest salt with a content of 99.9 % NaCl, which is set: The consistent quality guarantees very rapid and complete, residue-free solubilisation.

Advantages of POOLSALZ evaporated salt

• Salt lowers the hardness of water, making it softer. This has a positive effect on the feeling of swimming and on skin and hair.
• Salt has an anti-inflammatory effect and a demonstrably positive effect on skin and hair.
• POOLSALZ evaporated salt is significantly cheaper, easier to care for and more pleasant for the skin, hair, eyes and nose than ready-made chlorine products.
• The slightly salty water in the pool does not irritate the eyes: the salt concentration in the pool is between 0.3 and 0.4 %. Seawater, on the other hand, has a salt content ten times higher - around 3.5 % - and therefore also irritates our eyes. The salt water in the pool, however, corresponds exactly to the salt content of our tear fluid and is therefore gentle on our eyes when swimming, playing, splashing and diving.
